IRS Tax & Charitable Contribution Information

Friends of Bruce Mound, Inc. (FoBMI) is a charitable, nonprofit, organization incorporated by the State of Wisconsin in September of 2004 for the purposes of supporting, promoting & initiating improvements to the Clark County Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area. FoBMI has been designated by the IRS as a qualified charitable organization. All monetary or material contributions to FoBMI are deductable from the contributor's federal income taxes (see IRS publication 526). All facilities, improvements, equipment, and other material gifts from FoBMI to Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area becomes the property of Clark County upon the county's acceptance.

All contributors who give $250 or more will receive a "no goods or services received" receipt for tax purposes.
